Today my wife and I visited Au Naturel Spa for the first time and were compelled to write a review because of the amazing service that we received. From the check in, to our massages and finally to our pedicures (complete with a glass of wine). Matthew and Karen who provided our couples massage and Karen and Erica our pedicures. We cannot wait to come back and recommend those reading this to do the same.
Hau is a wonderful ethetician - very gentle, considerate, kind, and caring. The spa provides a luxury experience. The only issue I had was that my appointment started almost 20 minutes late. I would definitely go back though, as Hau provides such excellent service, and the overall spa experience is really lovely.
My massage with Matt was excellent and he helped me out when I had a problem getting on the table. As I obviously am not able to get myself on the bed by myself I have cancelled all my other appointments as I understand all the beds are the same. It was a good thing I happened to have a strong man like Matt who was able to help me get on the table. All staff I dealt with were wonderful and pleasant and they sure are attentive. I will start booking pedicures as you have a special chair for people with mobility issues such as I have. The massage was 5 star. Donna
I had what I consider outstanding services. Narges was exceptional! My pedicurist also but Narges spent hours with me and I cannot wait till morning to see the impact! It truly was special. If I have a critique, it is your signage. I had to ask several people how to find the spa and two people I asked told me there have been complaints for a long time but nothing changes. It may be fine for locals but I suspect you are losing potential clientele just because you are hard to find. this was a gift to me and I am delighted with the results Lynne Bezanson
I went in for a spa day and had Kelley for my facial and my pedi. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome right from the beginning. Carla did my massage and she was so sweet in showing me some stretches to help my sore muscles. The atmosphere was very calming. Shoutout to the receptionist who helped rearrange my day to include a lunch break and had my lunch ready for me after my treatments!
