Signed up to have our lawn cut 3 weeks ago. Not only did they not show up for the first date of service but then decided to completely skip our second cutting with some crazy excuse. Then decided after I called to complain that they fired me as a customer. Keep your eyes open with these guys.
Started out well but didn’t deliver as promised. Apparently they don’t understand the concept of a verbal contract. Was assured work on a specific day and without any communication they changed the schedule to a different day. When I brought these issues to their attention and that further breach would result in possible litigation, they hung up.
John did an excellent job with our yard! He called me to let me know that he was starting service, and was able to clear out all the weeds that grew from the rainy weeks. This is the second summer that Augusta has taken care of our property, and we have had an excellent experience with them both seasons!
First time to signed up with this AugustaLawn Care of Chesapeake. And today 7-23-2025 Was the first visit as well and do the mowing of my Lawn. I'm posting this on the insistence of my grandmother, she's not technologically inclined. She's used this company a while but a newer guy named Blake really impressed her. He took the time to introduce himself and complimented the house she's owned since the 60s. And she said that when he started working on her yard that her yard is "just beautiful". She said, and I quote "they haven't made handsome, respectable boys like that since before the cold war." Anyway seems like a good company. And thanks, Blake, for taking the time to speak with my grandma and take care of her yard. You da man.
