Very pleased with my first time here. Incredibly friendly and easy going group. Easy drop off and pickup location. Did everything as expected within the same day. Good communications. Prices are average - not higher or lower than general marketplace. Felt it was right price for the service/parts.
Very thorough and detailed about the work they planned on doing. Great communication, explained prices and services to a laymen. Very professional, worked quick, were easy to talk to over the phone. They're definitely my new go-to.
AuroraAutoPros were a life saver. Our battery died on December 30. We called several shops and no one could or would help us. Andrew was able to get our car looked at and our new battery installed on New years eve for less than I expected. Their service and staff has earned a customer for life.
Aurora Auto Pro's was able to see my electrical construction fleet vehicle promptly after a holiday weekend. They were very open with their communications regarding diagnostics, pricing, and timing for completion. Pricing was fair, and honest, and repairs were completed in a timely manner based on my schedule, and need to get the vehicle back on the road ASAP. I would recommend them, and will return if I need future repairs.
This review has been long overdue. But I wanted to wait to see how the car ran. A 2004 Toyota forerunner with 170,000 miles and I had a ton of work done by the team at autopros! We drove the 4runner from Colorado to Arizona for my kids to use for college. After the service the car ran perfectly! The work done on this car was outstanding. You could even hear the difference in the engine running, purring like a cat!!!. From the time, we brought the car in till the day we picked it up the service has been amazing. Communication between the shop and myself with was timely and accurate. They informed me of everything they were going to do and actually DID IT! I would highly recommend this shop and our vehicles will be going to them from now on instead of the dealership! Great job keep up the amazing work!
