I hired Greg to install a couple of ceiling speakers I had in my office along with a new receiver. Everything went well until the end. I asked Greg to research how to connect 2 Sonos speakers to the receiver he installed. After a few hours of research, Greg told me that he could not connect them and I would have to buy a special adaptor. I then received my invoice. Not once was I told how much this extra research was going to cost until I received the invoice. I was charged a $1000.00 extra for the "research" he did. Which was looking on Amazon for an adapter. I did bring this up to Greg he reduced the bill by $300 in "good faith" however still charged an additional $700 for other "research". The worst part is the system that Greg did install (2 speakers and receiver) is not working and when asked to provide instruction on how to use the system or to go back and fix it, I get no response. I would not recommend Aurora PC Tech as I had to hire another company to get the system working.

I posted a request in a local app, Next Door. Greg came to our rescue and installed a Surveillance Camera System in my condominium building. The project had been started by another individual . Greg was willing to work with us and problem solve how to use equipment that had already been purchased, (unlike other companies we spoke to). He and his partner Chris went the extra mile for us, problem solved, looked at other buildings in our community and navigated the sometimes frustrating set of Condo rules that we had to follow. Greg is the best! Very kind, very knowledgeable, fair pricing. He helped me wire up a proper Cat 6 backbone in my house so that I could avoid having to use wireless or powerline internet. He also helped with a long run of HDMI as well. You will not regret calling Greg in for your next project!
