Matt and his crew Manuel installed 800 Sq.Ft of hardwood flooring in our ground level. The install ran in to few problems were we got some defective wooden planks and some planks that we didn't just like. His crew patiently worked with us through the process as we identified planks that we didn't want. Also our stair install process ran in to problem with the nosing overhang that looked weird from the side view. His star crew member Manuel came up with recommendation on how to fix it and diligently worked through the entire stairs. At times the crew did run out of patience but they were committed on making everything right when we had pointed out. And Matt's quote was also competitive. Ours was not an easy install and we are also picky on our preferences but i really appreciated Matt and his crew staying committed to get everything right!
Matt Garcia and his crew, led by Manuel, installed my hardwood floors 2 years ago and did an amazing job. Recently, my water heater in the attic leaked and the bathroom below it had to have the ceiling cut out and door and wall to hall removed. Also, the bedrooms on either side needed some of the hardwood removed. The remediation company cut the hardwood squarely and I was not sure if it would ever be able to look the same after the water damage. But it came out perfectly, and one would never know that any damage had occurred! The crew made sure it had the same staggered look, and they put the baseboards and new shoe molding back too! Luckily, I had a few boxes of wood left over from the initial install. It was the same crew from two years ago and they are hard-working craftsman. They also cleaned up everything perfectly and Matt gave me an excellent price for the large repair job. I highly recommend Austin Hardwood Flooring, thank you SO much Matt and crew!
Matt and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of the flooring in my house with vinyl plank (~2k sqft), and were even able to stick to their original timeframe they provided. All of his crew were incredibly nice and hard working, and did a fantastic job keeping the house tidy each day they came out. I would 100% recommend Austin Hardwood Flooring if you’re looking to replace your current flooring, whether in just one room or an entire house.
We used Matt's team for a big project and couldn't have been happier. They removed a combination of engineered wood, tile and carpet in our 2600SF house and installed new 7" wide engineered European white oak floors. They completed all of the work in just 6 days, and left our house clean and with all the furniture and rugs put back where they belonged. Matt's price was by far the best of every company I contacted (dozens of them), his communication and attention to detail were top-notch, and he was quick to address all of my questions and concerns. His crew worked 10 hour days to get the job done on our schedule - they were incredibly reliable and hard workers. I spent a ton of time researching installers, and I highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for hardwood flooring demo or installation.
Joe, Oscar and the crew did a wonderful job. They had availability and finished the job within a day for a reasonable price. There were some issues that came up that were out of their control and they still made it happen and handled the hurdles in a professional way. We’re very happy with the quality and their service. Definitely recommend!
