Austin was deeply invested in the process of purchasing our new house, and an absolute joy to work with. His insight and professionalism made the entire process smooth and helped us to get our offer accepted, even with another buyer at the table. I believe it was a combination of his wisdom and charisma that helped secure the deal, and negotiate the price that we needed. He made everything super clear and easy to tackle, as there is much to do when buying and selling a house. He provided suggestions for vendors, and his network is amazing. Far better than ours. He was generously giving of his time - both over the phone and in-person at the property - providing insight, answering questions and thoroughly managing any concerns we had.
