Austin's Collision and Custom Bodyworks did a fantastic job repairing my BMW. Wayne and Rodney went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Every time I called the shop someone picked up the phone quickly. Great business. Highly recommend.
I don't normally leave reviews but I like to give credit where credit is due. I was in an auto accident in August of this year. I called several different places before making a decision. I ultimately decided on using Austins Collision and Custom Bodyworks and I am so happy that I did. They were kind and respectful. Most importantly I never felt like I needed to have my husband or dad go with me because they were upfront, honest and respectful. They handled payment with my insurance so I did not have to deal with any of it. To top it all off, aside from the work being completed on my car quickly and well done. They even detailed my car before giving it back to me. I felt like I was in a new car. I would recommend them for body work and for any single women who might be hesitant in these spaces.
We can’t say enough good things about this shop! Our car had been in a serious accident and we genuinely thought it was totaled beyond repair. Based on glowing reviews, we took a chance and had it delivered straight from the tow yard to their shop—and we’re so glad we did. They were also able work really well with Geico, and Geico told us after we chose them that previous customers had had excellent experiences with them. From the start, communication was excellent. They kept us updated every step of the way, and when we got the car back sooner than expected it was in better shape than before the accident. It runs perfectly. My husband’s exact words when he saw it were, “Is that really our car?” That’s how good it looked. This team clearly takes pride in their work and delivers above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing repairs—trustworthy, talented, and kind.
Definitely a great choice — Cool company, family run — Honest guys who do a good job and figure things out very quickly. Fixed Odyssey in no time flat. I had a fantastic experience. Pretty sure you can’t go wrong with these guys! 5/5
Excellent work, great service, easy process. I will definitely be using Austin’s for all of my future body work. They fixed my fender perfectly. I can’t even tell the difference between how it was before the accident. They even fully washed my truck before I came to pick it up.
