Generally the trip was good and fun to Pinnacle on 1st Jan 26, the tour guide Jonathan and bus captain Jonathan D is friendly. I having unpleasant experience with a Japanese speaking tour guide which is initially same bus with us,afterward she transfer to another bus that is also same under Australian Pinnacle tour.When reached carventes after dinner that she was also there with the others bus, I was politely ask if she could help to take a photo. Here whereby she say she was pay extra to serve other trip and unhelpful. With such word, i walk away instead. Isn't you are represent under same tour company,you are calculative and not politely.Maybe i m not lucky meet one or two bad apple.This is a bad experience for me. Just Chills. The time at Pinnacle is 2 short which about 45 min max until the sunset fully finished. It would be better or improvement that if we could reached Pinnacle earlier for the trip to stay longer. Total trip take 10 hours mostly on the road . The place we go yanchep park, pinnacle time was too rush. Suggest the trip should start earlier instead so everyone have more time at each destination.Thanks.
I joined the Margaret River tour during Xmas. The tour leader did an excellent job in every detail arrangement and guiding us throughout the trip.
We had a great day out today with Pinnacle Tours. Our Driver “Peter” was very informative, provided a very tasty morning and afternoon tea and made us feel very safe throughout our journey. The sites we saw were very interesting and a lovely lunch was provided.
Lovely tour guides Lillian and Claudio (the best bus driver in the world). Very entertaining and highly informative tour of the highlights of Broome topped off by a lovely Sunset on Cable Beach - Gampiam with Wine.. My 13 yo boy absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it!
Despite being just a half-day tour with Pinnacle Tours, we managed to pack in so much, seeing all the key sights of Broome and learning about its rich pearling history. Lillian and Claudio did an amazing job of condensing it all into a short timeframe. And to top it all off, we got to enjoy a stunning sunset on Cable Beach with drinks, wine, and cheese platters, it was the perfect way to wrap up the tour. If you dont have this on your list then you need to add it. It’s a great way to take it all in
