ZERO stars is what I’d give. As a military service member who does dispatch as well. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service done by the female. This female was so mean and tried to gaslight me. She offered no help and gave me attitude as if it was my fault. If they tell you there’s no other way to go about things. They are LYING. The staff just doesn’t want to do their job. No wonder the business has such bad reviews. BEWARE.
Acura stolen, recovered by OPD, towed to Auto Plus (04/24/25). Full coverage insurance. Honestly, I've read these reviews and I empathize, but do not share your experiences. Cust Service reps were fantastic and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. Had me go to the secondary lot on San Leandro to view car before payment. Those guys were on point! Lot attendant was quick on the gate, and support team were there in 2 min to answer all my questions about getting the car in sync. I just planned to see if car was total loss after theft and go home to figure it out (thankfully only minor damage). But, after Mr. Manager stepped in... let's just say after I made payment back at the office, the car was back in my garage (35 min away) in less than an hour. S. Jr., D., Mr. Mgr, you all keep on doing what your doing- made my day! 5-Stars, Thank you!
Car got hit while parked, had to go to OPD first to pay 166.00 for a release before going here to have my insurance company have thier tow company pick up my vehicle. They keep the cars right next to the flea market. But the office is around the corner. The staff is cool.
Vehicle was stolen, this tow yard picked it up as per their contract with the city of Oakland. The call I got from Oakland pd stated that it was damaged, but not stripped and the plates were still intact. Do these photos look like it's not stripped?!? This is the condition off it when I got there the day after they picked it up of the streets Had I realized that the message from Oakland pd said that it WASN'T stripped I'd have had some questions for them. I'd love to have heard they're excuses as they fumbled around trying to explain what they did. This place steals vehicles, dismantles them pre-emptively, and has unreal prices for towing and vehicle storage. They should be shut down.
Le pire service client jamais vu ! Je ne sais pas comment quelqu’un ici peut encore avoir un travail ! Aucune des personnes ici ne s’y connaît en voiture !! Ils vont endommager votre voiture ! De plus, les gens ici mentent aux clients. J’encourage fortement quiconque doit venir ici à prendre beaucoup de photos. Si vous allez là-bas pour voir votre véhicule (peut-être parce que vous ne pouvez pas encore vous permettre de le récupérer), prenez des photos avant et après qu'ils vous le remettent. Ils ont remorqué la voiture de ma copine sans pneus, mais ne la rendaient pas tant que notre propre société de remorquage ne l’avait pas récupérée. Juste au cas où vous l’auriez manqué, ils l’ont remorquée à l’intérieur mais n’ont pas voulu la remorquer jusqu’à la rue pour que notre mécanicien remette les pneus sur la voiture. Assurez-vous d’avoir votre assurance prête, car cette entreprise ne se soucie ni de vous ni de votre voiture. Ils se moqueront de vous si vous ne savez pas quels dégâts ils ont causés.
