I brought my car here after a bad scratch, and I really can’t speak highly enough of these people. Everyone was so friendly and reassuring, my car was repaired quickly and came back as good as new. Lindsay on the desk especially was a total gem. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you!!
Our family car was involved in a non fault incident and with Auto Renew being our choice of garage for many years, I advised the at fault parties insurance that we would only use this garage, which they accepted. The work was top class as always and boss customer service! For any insurance and non-insurance work, these guys are the only place we can’t recommend enough! Thanks again.
Took my wife's mini in as had a mark on the roof meaning the whole roof had to be resprayed. Simon the owner gave me clear advice without any pressure of getting the work done made me feel really comfortable and confident they would sort the problem out. Had it in for 5 days whilst I was away and when I came back it was like a completely new car! Unbelievable job done and my wife is over the moon. Rob the guy who sprayed the car called me and suggested a few tweaks and he was absolutely spot on and clearly has a great eye for detail. Lyndsey in the office was really friendly and professional. I couldn't recommend this firm any higher. From start to finish 5 stars and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thanks so much
I’ve had loads of work done on different cars by Simon and the team at Auto Renew, and honestly, they’re brilliant. The quality of their work and the level of customer care are always first class — I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. They’ve completed multiple wheel refurbs for me (both gloss black and diamond-cut alloys on my Touareg and 8 Series), and even little touches like spraying the exhaust trims gloss black on the Touareg — everything always comes out spot on. Most recently, they repaired and resprayed my ID.7 after someone clipped it in a car park, and once again, the results were flawless. The car looked brand new! I don’t usually recommend businesses to people because I always worry they might not have the same experience I did, but with Auto Renew I’ve had no hesitation pointing friends and family their way — and every single one has been just as impressed. Also, a quick shoutout to Lindsey on reception — she’s always super friendly and great to deal with!
