Normally I love this place! I’m willing to pay the extra money because I always get a great haircut. However, today I got the worst cut I’ve had since high school. I just asked for her to trim the dead ends off. She took off too much, the back is severely uneven, one side is noticeably longer than the other, and nothing is blended. My husband (who never notices anything) even pointed out how bad it was and said it looked like I went to Supercuts. Unfortunately I didn’t check my hair before leaving the salon, so I didn’t notice until I got home. I called them to explain the situation. They kindly scheduled me for a free adjustment in the morning with a different stylist. It normally wouldn’t bother me so much, but I’m 9 months pregnant and just needed a pick-me-up beauty wise before my birthday tomorrow. Now my hair is going to have to be short to fix this and it makes me feel even less pretty than I already do. May look for another salon now. If I’m going to pay $85 for a haircut, it can’t be like this.
This salon is beautiful! I booked with Sophia and she was wonderful! So sweet and friendly! She listened to what I wanted and then gave me exactly that! We had lots of fun chatting and laughing. They have a great new client deal right now that made it a great price! I would 100% recommend!
I am over the moon happy with Justine! She greeted me with the warmest smile, was perfectly on time, and took the extra care to go through my inspiration photos and explain her entire process. I had highlights, a smudge, and a micro-cut done. Her signature style is creating hair that truly pops with low maintenance, exactly what I wanted since I’m not someone who enjoys constant salon visits. We talked about coming in only twice a year, and she delivered the perfect look for that. The entire process took about four hours (maybe a little more), but it was absolutely worth it. Justine is fabulous, incredibly knowledgeable, and even took the time to teach me some hair lingo so I left feeling confident about what works for me and what my hair needs long-term. She was the absolute best. 18/10 highly recommend! 💁♀️✨
This was my first time coloring my hair, and Allysa made the experience amazing! She was kind, professional, and really took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. I absolutely love how my hair turned out—it looks even better than I imagined. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Highly recommend Allysa!
Alyssa was phenomenal. I was new in town and trusted her to do my hair a couple of weeks before my wedding. My color turned out exactly how I wanted, because she took the time to really understand what I was going for -- even though I wasn't great at describing what I was envisioning. She was easy to talk to, too! Very highly recommend.
