A very special shoutout to Kathleen, who was there to work with me every step of the way. She is incredibly kind, and truly cares about making sure everything is done correctly and nicely. I brought in a few pieces that needed some TLC — a broken necklace, a bracelet with a broken lobster clasp, and another bracelet that needed rhodium plating. Avant Garde fixed all of them beautifully, making them look brand new again. What I love most is that they also offer to buy your old or broken jewelry and give you credit toward a purchase — such a thoughtful service that makes upgrading or restoring jewelry even more rewarding. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer care here are unmatched.
