My experience with B Street Collision West Dodge was great. The office staff was friendly and informational and so was the estimator and technician did a great job also and kept me in touch with the progress of my vehicle getting repaired as it happened and giving a lifetime warranty as long as I have the vehicle was great as a peace of mind. I would highly recommend them for your auto body repairs they did a great job.
The body work B Street Collision of West Dodge did on my Lincoln SUV was excellent. It looked brand new and I was amazed at how the paint matched perfectly. They did a great job communicating status to me while my car was in their shop. I will definitely use them again if I ever need body work in the future.
Updated Review I’d like to update my previous review after BStreet Collision resolved the issue. After the manager, Brent, returned from vacation, he personally contacted me, acknowledged that the suspension problem had not been repaired correctly, and immediately scheduled my car back into the shop. Once the vehicle was inspected, they identified the issue, replaced the damaged parts the very next day, and ensured the repair was done properly. Brent also gave me a ride home and delivered the car back to my house after the repairs, which I truly appreciated. I also want to note that the body and paint work from the beginning was excellent and looked great. While the initial experience was frustrating due to the unresolved mechanical issue and lack of communication, I do appreciate that BStreet Collision ultimately took responsibility and corrected the problem. Their follow-through after the fact showed professionalism and accountability.
I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt obligated to make one with the experience I had with B Street of West Dodge. My vehicle was hit while it was parked and there was a lot of complicated things with the insurance company… they were very communicative, helpful, and informative on what to do. I have never been in an accident before and had to deal with this- their expertise to help guide me on what to do really made it a great experience! Once they started fixing the car it only took about two days for them to complete & my whole interior of my car was cleaned! Also the work they did looks amazing (photos attached- ignore the little dent on my trunk, that was there previously to the accident), I would definitely recommend them!!
Upset is an understatement, I am actually surprised with the service. I understand parts take a while to order and ship out, that’s not why I’m complaining. If you’re going to replace and repaint, I expect everything to be repainted. I had trunk work done after an accident and they told me they would repaint everything. My spoiler has not been repainted, just taken off and put back on. There was little to no communication on their part. Supposedly they ran codes when my car got dropped off and I had code, I was unaware, they never told me. I purchased the vehicle with it being a Volkswagen certified used car, no check engine lights were on. It had been tested prior as well. I got my car back after 6 weeks with check engine lights on my “EPC” light, my traction control light on. I went to have the lights ran for codes and I had a misfire in cylinder one, and my O2 sensor was reading too high. I brought my car back to B st. And they said they didn’t touch my O2 sensors as it wasn’t part of the repair, and they weren’t responsible for the engine work either because they didn’t touch my engine. Now with my knowledge of vehicles and maintenance I would expect a reputable company to check the entirety of my exhaust system considering it has aftermarket parts and it has been tuned previously. I have since fixed my code myself and will no longer be returning to B st.
