Baci Ristorante à Hamilton propose des classiques italiens dans une atmosphère propice au vin. Ask for Ava, she’s absolutely fantastic. Great music and delicious food. Featured Food: Arancini (App), Wood Oven Margherita Pizza, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Tiramisu and the Flourless Chocolate Cake. Featured Drinks: Cranberry Ginger Whiskey Sour (note: this is SWEET, and I asked for less sweet) and the Good Earth Cab Sauv (local, Niagara, my friend enjoyed it). It’s a cozy place inside the hotel, so call ahead on busy nights and enjoy the atmosphere :).

Our Retired Teachers group celebrated our Annual Holiday Luncheon at BACI and Karley and her team were able to accommodate all of our requests without exception! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch along with amazing service! Thank you to Chris and the other servers for ensuring that our celebration was so successful! We will see you all again in May!

Update: we returned to try it again. The food was delicious. I had chicken parm and it was so good and too much for me to eat with homemade pasta. The Caesar salad was nicely portioned and made with a tasty dressing. My husband had the burger which he said was perfectly cooked as well as shoestring fries which were crisp and fried the way he liked. We enjoyed very nice bottle of cab which happened to be on a half price wine night. This was a happy accident. I would highly recommend this restaurant for high quality freshly made food. We haven’t been here before. The food was okay. It was no better than east side Mario’s or Olive Garden. We are foodies and like quality dishes. I had one of their features of the day which was seafood risotto. It was hard and crunchy which means it was cooked too fast as it was uncooked inside. Risotto is to be cooked low and slow. This definitely didn’t happen. Yes they comped the dish but so not worth it. It was supposed to be seafood risotto. It had two shrimp and two scallops. Extremely disappointing. The service was great but the servers had too many tables each to provide high end service as it seemed that’s what they were trying to do. To me it seemed like a high end McDonald’s of Italian food. I will not return. This was my Mother’s Day supper so I’m very disappointed.

Thank you to Baci Ristorante for being able to host such a lovely private event for 30+ people! The food was lovely - went back up for the Eggs Benny four times. The charcuterie board was beautifully organized with a great selection of meats, cheeses, and fruits. Would highly recommend for a private event in the future, especially with the help of staff member Chris!

Enjoyed a great evening at Baci celebrating three July birthdays. We were immediately greeted by the host and passed to our server Chris. Chris was amazing, he told us about the feature and made sure our drinks were consistently topped up. The food was beautifully presented and tasted so fresh and good. A wonderful evening had by all, a hidden gem I will definitely come back to.
