We rented a dance floor from Backyard Bouncing and they were fantastic to work with. William was great!! He arrived on time, set everything up efficiently, and was professional and pleasant throughout the process. The dance floor looked great and was the perfect addition to our anniversary party. Very affordable and completely stress-free. I would highly recommend them for any event!

Everything went really well! The soccer dart inflatable was a huge hit at the event. The delivery team was respectful and had everything set up quickly and professionally. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite, responsive, and provided great customer service. The only minor issue was the late pickup, but she went above and beyond to make it right—personally coming to the park so I didn’t have to wait too long. That was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. I’ll definitely use them again for any future rentals.
If you have been looking for the best bounce house rental company in Charlotte then you have found it! We used Backyard Bouncing for a recent school fall festival. We rented multiple obstacle courses, bounce houses, blow up games and table top games. Everything was clean and in great condition. The team communicated very well even as we made changes along the way to the event date. Everyone on their set up team were kind and courteous. They took extra special care to ensure everything was set up and safe even on a dreary and windy day. They were on spot ten minutes post event packing everything up. It was seamless and perfect. We will definitely use them next year!
We booked Backyard Bouncing for an outdoor church event & couldn’t have been more pleased. The selection of inflatables was great and the staff was outstanding. We would definitely recommend them for any event!
