Just had a battery replacement from Anthony at Bad Apples - also spotted a couple of duff sensors on the logic board that were causing the fans to run flat out all the time. Most would have tried to charge for a new logic board - Anthony just fixed the components. Fantastic work. Friendly, efficient, easy to deal with, second time I've had a repair from Bad Apples and I can't rate highly enough.
Anthony provided an amazing service! Thought my MacBook was beyond saving after it suffered considerable, accidental water damage. Luckily, Anthony managed to get it back up and running, all my files there just as before. He provided me with a (very reasonable) quote prior to repair and kept me updated through the process. Can’t recommend enough.
Absolutely amazing service, my Macbook Air stopped working 3 weeks prior to an important job application and I lost a lot of my portfolio work. We took it to the Apple Shop and they stated the motherboard was dead and there was nothing they could do. I made contact with Bad Apples with the hope they could do something and they were amazing form start to finish - upfront about costs and managed to fix the Macbook with all data saved and returned to us within 2 weeks! Extremely grateful to Anthony for his work!
Great service, Anthony was very good at communicating when he fixed my screen. Also very fast working as my MacBook was ready to collect the next day. Would 100% recommend to everyone, especially uni students on a budget who are looking to repair there devices
