I went in late, and they never heard the door bell when I entered. The front counter girl noticed I was there after a few minutes(she was helping in the back), and as an apology she even threw in some extra pastries on the house. Awesome service!
Love this place! My favorites are the Spanish rolls (make sure to sign up so you get free ones every time you make a purchase!), the lumpia, pork empanadas, and sausage roll. Everything is baked fresh daily and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this Filipino bakery!
The gentleman who helped me was so kind. He couldn't have known but my Dad passed away the night before and I was there to get some comfort food in the form of their delicious Staxx. He told me to have a kind day and I could tell he was sincere. Great customer service in asking if there were any nut allergies as well.
I've been a fan of BB for many years. The donuts are always good with creative themes and delicious cake. The crunch from the sprinkles and creamy glaze on the Unicorn Cloud make it a go-to but the fritters, cereal cake and blueberry filled are hard to pass up. I usually go for the donuts but end up with lumpia, empanadas and hot dogs in my bag on my way out the door. They're all excellent. The trademark señorita bread Staxx are as good as they should be. BB keeps responsible staffing levels for a small business so sometimes it might take a minute to get in & out but it's always worth the wait and the clerks are super friendly.
Excellent customer service. Donuts are fresh and delicious. Senorita bread always hot and fresh. They have savory items now, the hotdog is my favorite. Definitely a staple in the natomas area.
