We had a fantastic experience, we were helped by Mr. Christensen during our visit. He was kind, conversational, and very helpful. The price of many items seems to have come down as well, which is great in these hard times. The dock workers were also kind and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone looking for furniture at least stop in and check it out!
Brad was absolutely fantastic to work with! He worked tirelessly, literally running all around the showroom, while we selected six different pieces of furniture. Throughout the process, he remained incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, even as we changed our minds a few times on major decisions. What really stood out was that Brad never came across as a “pushy” salesman. Instead, he went with the flow, offered helpful insight when needed, and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Brad at Bailey’s Furniture when you’re shopping for new pieces. He’s an absolute dream to work with and genuinely cares about helping you find what fits your home best.
The worst experience I've had was when shopping for furniture; the sales guy forgot to add a chair to our order. Then, we had to place another order for that chair. It came in a box that I had to assemble, considering the price I paid. I could have gotten something cheaper, still put it together myself, and bought it from somewhere else. You live, and you learn, and never again. Just be cautious and check your orders before you leave because you never know—you might be missing a piece. Thank you, Bailey's. I learned my lesson. I will save myself a buck next time.😮💨🤦🏻♀️
They have better prices on new furniture than anywhere else in Anchorage. I have been to their clearance location as well, but I actually found the best deals at their main store before Black Friday. Eric, the salesperson, was very helpful and not at all pushy. We love our new loveseat and plan on getting the matching couch at some point.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Bailey's Furniture, thanks to Gail! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. I was on the hunt for a new couch, and Gail was incredibly helpful. She immediately asked what I was looking for and presented me with multiple options that fit my style perfectly. After considering a few, she showed me a wonderful option that I fell in love with. I was so impressed that I ended up buying it on the spot! Gail’s patience and knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're in the market for furniture, I highly recommend visiting Bailey's and asking for Gail!
