Pickup was at our home in San Diego North County, and the process was punctual, organized, and easy—even with luggage, a cooler, and gifts for everyone. Our driver, Javier, was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the trip feel relaxed and well managed. Crossing into Mexico was smooth, and Javier suggested a great lunch stop along the way, which was exactly what our group was hoping for before continuing south. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for our group. We booked Baja Tours and Transport for a guys’ golf weekend—airport pickup from San Diego to the Bajamar Golf Resort for five of us—and the service was absolutely top-notch.
