THERE WAS A FLY SITTING ON THE CHEESE AND BACON ROLLS. Absolutely gobsmacked and genuinely revolted. On display, uncovered ready for customers to purchase, hopping casually from roll to roll. He was not startled. He was comfortable. Settled. It was obvious he had been there for a while. That is not a minor oversight, it is filthy, unsanitary and shows a staggering disregard for basic food hygiene. This is a bakery, not a bin. This is indefensible and raises serious concerns about cleanliness, standards and overall food safety practices behind the counter. The young girl serving us was lovely, polite and clearly not at fault, but the environment she is working in has failed her and your customers. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any food establishment, let alone a well known chain that trades on trust and reputation. I left disgusted and will not be returning until this is addressed properly. Cheers
Third time being hit with inedible food, Boston bun had no filling, most expensive plain bun I’ve ever bought, caramel scroll was so burnt the caramel was non existent. Surely not what was on display. Makes you think the freshly baked go to the front and yesterdays to the back.
My god, you want extremely tasty snacky food, this place has your back, bread they got it, scrolls multiple varieties absolutely amazing... and price how are these guys making money? Cheap lunch solution. I recommend signing up to there dough getters ???? I think its called account if your going or should be a daily customer. Only thing is missing a coffee machine and they would be set. On a side note jump on there Cape seed loaf with butter n vegimite and thank me later
I have bought bread, buns and rolls, and lots of other baked goods from this store. Always found everything fresh and top quality. The staff and friendly and very accommodating. The staff always handle everything hygienically and with care. They also helped me with me special orders Highly recommend
