The frosting is absolutely horrible here. Both the regular chocolate and vanilla have a perfumey/artificial taste. I have tried several times and it is never different. The apple fritter was super dry but the glazed Kronut was very good. The staff is always meh. Never much emotion and I always think it must be a really crappy place to work. So many other good bakeries in the area and I really want to like this one but it's a never going back now. Ugghh
Got a dozen donuts. My husband brought them home all boxed up. I opened the box where they were double stacked and the bottom half is useless because the paper they put on them is stuck to all the donuts on the bottom layer! And I mean stuck! Don’t do that! It ruins your donuts!!!
I ordered a pumpkin pie and a pumpkin roll for Thanksgiving. It was very good and I really liked the option of nuts for the pumpkin roll. They accepted orders much later than other bakeries as well. When I picked up the order, the staff was super friendly despite being super busy. Aside from holiday items, I highly recommend the cronuts, especially the Boston Crème ones.
Never had a bad thing from here!!! Everything is so so good & the employees are helpful & friendly! The bear claws & cupcakes are some of my faves.
We had a winter theme for my son’s baby shower. I left the clerk an invite from the shower and asked her to mirror the image on the cake. It not only turned out like the invite but was also tasty. The entire cake and cookies were gone by the end of the shower. I highly recommend. We ordered a 1/4 sheet amaretto and cherry chip flavors with snowflake and mitten cookies.
