We chose the GAF roof. A little pricey but, we don't want to replace the roof again in the time we expect to be in this house. So, we saw it as an investment. The people at Baldwin are a class act. They were always available to answer questions throughout the entire process to set our minds at ease. Highly recommend.
We had a few leaks from the 15 year old roof, Baldwin was one of few companies that came out to do an inspection and a quote. These guys are the real deal, professional, and reliable. Very happy with the finished product. On a side note, I went up on my roof about a year later to inspect the roof shingles after a few severe storms and found some of the ridge caps had blistered throughout the roof, Baldwin came out inspected and when the caps came in they took the damaged caps and replaced them. Again very happy with the entire experience.
The best experience when it came to my home buying process was working with Baldwin to re-do my roof. From Derekk helping with my HOA nonsense, to Junior who was the project manager overseeing the job, even the receptionist that answers the phone; everyone was SO HELPFUL! I can not stress enough how great it was to work with them. I will refer them to everyone and anyone!
Baldwin Roofing Sales and Office staff explained a realistic vision of how the construction of my new roof would take place. They walked me through and kept me informed from start, during, and completion of this tedious project. They had to remove my existing roof, repair any damaged areas, and then replace with a beautiful new roof. Wanted to highlight the crew started working at 7:00 am and finished my roof at 7:30 pm THE SAME DAY!! They kept the entire crew at the job site for the entire day. They worked diligently making sure they were careful with my shrubbery and landscape lighting as well as the whole exterior of the home including windows and walls. They even put a cloth skirting around the entire house to ensure no damage was done while they did their jobs. They had one employee who was in charge of walking around picking up falling debris, running a magnet numerous times around the perimeter of the home to insure as many nails where picked up as possible. Baldwin roofing informed me when signing that they would try their best not to interrupt my daily routine or drag out the job over multiple days. That is one of the big factors that separates Baldwin Roofing from other roofing companies and after reading many of their positive reviews helped me make my decision on choosing them for my roof. They even scheduled a same day inspection so the crew could finish same day and kept a project manager on site throughout the day to make sure the job stayed on track and informed me of any issues with photos that was going on while I was at work. The constant communication from Baldwin roofing and knowing someone was watching out for my best interest really kept my mind at ease while I was at work. I was kept in the loop with the entire process and I was not caught by surprise with any additional fees and they stayed within reason of the quote I received. This was a great investment for my home and I really appreciate the care, work ethic, and service that Baldwin Roofing gave to my home and my family. I highly recommend Baldwin Roofing to anyone needing a quality roof done by a quality company.
