I been using their service for the past 10 years to help me find tenants. They are always on top of it with a quick turnaround. Kelli helped with the last 2 tenants and I can't thank her enough for her work. I defintely would recommend their service.

Ending up in a property managed by BanCal, and particularly by Kelli Smith, was a true stroke of luck. For seven years, from the moment I first viewed the apartment until I moved out, Kelli consistently demonstrated her personable nature, understanding, generosity, and remarkable responsiveness to any issues. Having rented all my adult life, I've encountered every type of landlord and property manager imaginable. This was without a doubt the most positive experience. I had the distinct feeling of having a supportive partner rather than an adversarial management. 100% I would rent again from a property managed by Kelli.
I’ve been renting with Bancal for 2 years, and have had a really pleasant experience as a tenant. Very nice staff, and easy to reach when in a bind. This review is specifically for Hugo, the plumber who came to the rescue when I was walking into my apartment at 2am to a flooded bathroom. I immediately called the help line, and a kind lady picked up, and directed me to Hugo in the middle of the night- to my surprise he was available and eager to come to the rescue. I was very impressed with the speedy service esp during such a stressful time. Hugo arrived within the hour, and from the moment I greeted him he was very attentive, professional and excited to help me stop the aggressive leak. Within 30mins or less, he had the plumbing repaired, and was meticulously wiping up the water with multiple towels that he brought with him. He was so kind, explained to me what had happened, and made sure my place was dry and clean before departing. After he left I couldn’t think of how to properly express gratitude so here I am. Thank you Bancal, Ellie, and Hugo! I hope to live here a long time, and officially feel valued as a tenant. Cheers man, you deserve recognition!
We’ve used BanCal for our condo as well as my mother’s apartment building for many years. We have nothing but great things to say about them. Kelli Smith is the best! So responsive, caring, professional yet extremely personable. She is a delight to know and work with. Kelli responds immediately and always follows up. We don’t hesitate to recommend BanCal and Kelli and have done so many times. BanCal and Kelli make property ownership so much easier.
