My waitress was such a sweetheart, but what left a bad taste in my mouth was the manager. His name is Ryan. I asked him if I could get the onion rings taken off my order. I only had one, and it tasted like straight raw onion. It was completely undercooked, and yes, onion rings can be undercooked. He told me no with a bad attitude, and I quote, "I can't do anything if it tastes like an onion." I simply said OK, but I was highly upset. Good customer service means that you understand when to compromise. The food was mediocre and overpriced as well.
First time at Bar 145 and it will be my last. Came here to watch the Bears in the playoffs. Had a great start our server was awesome had a couple of martinis and ordered the garlic cheese curds to start off with. Having fun with my friend watching the game. Halftime came and we went to check out the arcade next door. When we got back the big screen was pulled up right where we were sitting and this DJ started playing music at an extreme level on playoffs day!!!!! Who hires a dj when the playoffs are going?!?!!? I will never be back and will never recommend your establishment.
Very happy I stopped in the food was Fantastic. Very fast, and Great service. I'm a gamer so definitely a plus to game while waiting for the food.
Food is solid.. good portions and definitely worth it, though not the tastiest I’ve ever had. Mondays are my favorite with the dollar wings deal, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the service here. The staff is always friendly and on point. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the atmosphere at the bar. I’m a bar girly, love to sit and eat/drink there, but smoking is allowed right at the bar. Nothing kills a tasty burger or plate of wings faster than a cloud of cigarette smoke drifting your way. I really wish they’d limit smoking, especially since food is such a big part of their draw, or at least push it back to after a certain time. That said, I’ve always had a good time here and met friendly people, so I’ll definitely keep coming back and just *hope* no one is smoking at the bar lol
The wings and pretzel bites were so delicious! We had plenty of left over wings for the next day too.
