Left a bit disappointed with the customer service/visit yesterday as a loyal customer that regularly buys 'eat in' and 'takeaway' from Barburrito. This is in contrast to the majority of our previous experiences where I have received excellent customer service and have left positive feedback. I made two separate purchases as ordered for myself and younger daughter first and then was quickly joined by older daughter and two friends (for her birthday lunch) and then placed a second order. I did not have any 'offers' properly explained to me (I have the app) and I left feeling like I had paid 'over the odds' for what was ordered for children. For example in the first order I explained that my daughter would like a portion of fries with some black beans on top and instead of being charged for fries plus (1 small extra) I was charged as if it was a 'fully loaded fries'. In the second order I asked for 2 children's burritos and a side of fries and 2 drinks. I explained during the first order that I had my daughter and friends joining and was wondering whether I should order altogether or wait based on the offers - during neither order did anyone explain about the Bambino offer. The food was great and everyone enjoyed what they ate - it just felt like I spent a fortune for what was ordered, which as a regular customer, is a shame....

Went here for dinner and used the BOGOF deal available in the app. The 2 people who were serving were clearly facing a small backlog of orders, so we had to wait for at most 2 minutes; this was a soon rectified with the service we received, the gentlemen who I imagine was a manager, I didn't get his name but was working Monday 12th of January 2026, and has black hair and a beard; provided some of the best customer service I have received in a while, and has really made this experience stand out for me, and all of our party, as he explained what was included in the promotion and any additional costs for different items. High quality customer service, also the actual taste of the food was extraordinary, an array of flavours and a wide selection of choice. 10/10 I will be returning as soon as I can.

Absolutely horrendous experience at bar burrito. My first time coming here and I definitely will not be back. Ordered my meal at the self serving kiosk with two people in line in front of me and a fairly empty restaurant with 3 staff behind the counter and unsure how many in the kitchen. Gave one order to a customer who was sat down and then dealt with the other customer in line. Heard nothing for ages. Another family comes in, I check the time on apply pay, almost 15 minutes since I ordered. They ask if I’ve ordered and I said yes, and that was it. At over 20 minutes past, I went over and saw them very hastily preparing a burrito with minimal fillings. I said I’d been waiting over 20 minutes, they asked my order number, and pointed to that burrito. No apology, no acknowledgment of waiting over 20 minutes for a burrito that took the customer in front of me 2 minutes to be served. So now I sit in my car, sad with a very subpar burrito, wishing I’d gone anywhere else. First time here. Pretty disappointed if I’m honest. Over priced, lacking in flavour (ordered a loaded burrito which left me underwhelmed). Mex cheese fries were awful. Not sure what I expected but this wasn’t the one. As I write this, the chef is screaming from the kitchen to the servers as they laugh and joke with each other. Just very unprofessional and off putting. I feel kinda bad writing the review but they kinda asked for it. And I mean they literally asked me for a review. So they got one

Amazing service! Offered us deals and explained how best to order. The two staff member serving us (sorry I didn’t get your name! Both wearing glasses :)) were great and made the experience! Our food tastes soooo fresh and another member of staff was cleaning around. Great vibe in sitting in too despite being busy. Will definitely be back!
