Great experience! From the moment I walked in, they were kind, informative and professional. Erica was the associate who took care of me and it was a wonderful experience.
Chris used to be really good but now the Brazilian is quick and she does not remove all the hair or tweezer hairs left
This is the place where I feel the most comfortable whenever I need to get a wax done. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. Pricing is fair and they do have a discount price during certain times of the day. Josie is the person for me. She's very welcoming, professional and attentive which helps me be able to vocalize my preferences or concerns during the service. Our conversations are always enjoyable and it also helps to distract me during the appointment. Josie is very knowledgeable about the job that she does. Definitely give Bare Wax Bar a try!
Never coming back. They sent me both an email and a voicemail confirming my appointments. When I arrived, they claimed I had missed my appointment because their system must have had the incorrect time—even though I played them the voicemail and showed the confirmation with the exact time I booked which I was there for on time! This happened just a few days before my wedding. They were incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge that the error was on their end, not mine. I had to beg just to get my underarms done for my rehearsal dinner, but they couldn’t complete the full service. I was left scrambling right before my wedding weekend.
This spa is lovely. Charming decor, friendly faces and well lit rooms with privacy. Thank you Josie and the lovely girl at the front desk. I came in nervous and left feeling beautiful, joyful and fresh. Josie is incredibly efficient and carries compassionate and humorous conversations to distract from the situation. She makes it a wonderful experience where grooming self care is elevated to beautifying self love. I’m looking forward to return. Thank you so much.
