We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this dog daycare. Our dog is high-energy, friendly, and loves everyone and everything—he wouldn’t harm a fly. We enrolled him here specifically so he could stay socialized while my husband and I serve on active duty military, and we placed a great deal of trust in this facility to keep him safe. Unfortunately, our dog has now sustained two separate injuries while in their care. We understand and accepted the liability waiver; however, signing a waiver does not excuse a lack of supervision or preventative care. This most recent injury was the final straw, as there appeared to be little to no effort to prevent it from happening. What was most concerning was being told that the other dog involved only received a “warning” and was not removed, meaning it is still allowed to interact with and potentially injure other dogs. That is an unacceptable risk for any responsible daycare. To make matters worse, when concerns were raised, the receptionist responded by saying her dogs go there and nothing happens to them, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When we requested to speak with a manager, we were told it would take 1–2 days, offering no immediate accountability or reassurance. We wanted this daycare to be a long-term solution for socialization and enrichment, but after being let down twice, we can no longer trust this facility with our dog’s safety. We hope management takes a serious look at their supervision practices, incident response, and customer communication before another dog is hurt. Eye injury occurred on 1/12/26. Puncture wound on rib occurred 9/2/25 resulting in 1100.00$ of urgent care out of my pocket.

Bark is the absolute best! Their staff are incredibly kind and caring. Whenever I drop my dog off, they always come back happily exhausted from a full day of play. Bark’s online reservation system makes booking daycare quick and easy. Another great feature is the vet next door—we’ve used them to stay current on a vaccine that needed to be readministered, and Bark coordinated everything seamlessly. I can’t say enough great things about Bark.

My dog has been coming to daycare for a full year and several times boarding. The transition from a shy and people-attached dog to one who loves to interact with other dogs has been such a relief for me. His mannerisms and self play has been noticeably more instinctive and less dependent on humans all the time. Most of all I am so grateful to have found a location where I can relax and trust my dog is safe and cared for well.

My GSD loves this place. So do I. He goes to daycare 3-4 days per week. The staff is so great and well trained. They are efficient, responsive, and professional. They know what dog owners want, need, not need. Highly recommended.
