It was very small, which made the kid section seem VERY loud. It had the book my son was looking for, but when we tried to price match an online competitor, the cashier wouldn’t allow it. I understand not price matching certain sites, but not honoring a direct competitor’s lower price seems like a missed opportunity for customer satisfaction and retained business.
Honestly the saddest B&N i have ever been into. It felt like a pop-up scholastic book fair with none of the joy. The staff was helpful and polite, but the selection was definitely more aimed at the "i need a book for the plane" type crowd.

The Birthday Book Signing at this Barnes & Nobles was amazing!!!!!!!! The staff was super gracious and helpful!!!!!!! I am so thankful they have allowed me to be at their store twice. I am looking forward to returning again. This store is so welcoming and the customers were so awesome!!! I talked to tons of people that day!!!!! This is an amazing store hands down. Find all your books and great items here you will love the staff!!!! They are truly top notch!!!! Thank you to the management team you all went above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!
I am a frequent shopper at Barns & Noble. This store on Bell is the smaller version of Barns & Noble. There is no in-store Starbucks coffee and seating area, but it has a newer look and modern decor. You can tell it’s newly renovated from the carpet and ceiling. There is bathroom on the end of the store with a good hygiene and clean standard. Plenty of book options for each category. It certainly carry less books than a regular and classic B&N store, but they did good job to select the trendy books on shelf. I had the membership to get 10% discount. A new reward card /program now is available without any additional cost to accumulate your spending for a $5 off after reaching 10 stamps ($100). The feature will connect with your existing membership after you opt-in at the checkout. Can’t believe the competition history of B& N battle with Amazon starting more than 10 years ago is all over. Guess what! B & N is the winner after seeing Amazon physical stores opened and closed over the years. You still can find Barns & Noble in any big cities with crowded people on the weekend and holidays. Good news for people who loves reading books.
