I visited Barrows based on a recommendation from my mom, who had used them before I was born. I wanted to have a custom engagement ring made utilizing my grandmother’s diamonds. Lisa was incredibly helpful, providing several design options until we found the perfect one. The entire process was seamless—the staff went above and beyond, and everything stayed well within budget. I am beyond happy with everything at Barrows. I can't wait to see what Lisa and my Fiancée come up with for her wedding band.
I can not recommend Barrow's Jewelers enough! When all hope seemed lost when it came to finding a Jeweler who could resize my Sterling Silver Ring with Black Rhodium Finish, Barrow's shined a bright light on my troubles and took care of it for me. The Staff is super helpful, friendly and communicates very well. The pricing was fair too.

I was back in town visiting family and unfortunately broke my Hermès Link gold bracelet. There’s only one business I trust with my gold and diamonds—and that’s Barrows. They repaired it perfectly in under 10 minutes! I’ve been coming to the Barrows family for over 25 years, and they’ve always provided top-notch service. It’s not just about the quality (which is outstanding), but also the trust and care they show every time I visit. Highly recommend them for any jewelry repairs or if you’re looking to shop—you won’t find better service anywhere else.
Had a wonderful experience before (and for) Mother's Day! My mom inherited a delicate cross necklace from her MIL (my paternal grandma) and the chain broke not too long ago. I told her I'd get it repaired for Mother's Day so I went to Barrow's. They are very trustworthy and have done excellent work on repairs for me in the past, and they completed the necklace same day! They also had a wonderful selection of estate rings and I ended up picking one up. Great service, selection, and pricing.
