I’ve been bringing my little dog here for over two years now, and I truly couldn’t be happier. Elizabeth has been taking care of him the whole time, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure he feels safe and comfortable. Before coming to Bath and Tidy, I had some really bad experiences with other grooming places, which made me nervous about trying somewhere new. But ever since we started coming here, everything has changed. My little fellow is so much more at ease, and that means a lot to me. He does sometimes show signs of discomfort, but whenever I mention anything to Elizabeth, she takes it very seriously. She is patient, understanding, and always makes sure he’s comfortable both during and after the grooming. That level of care and attention is something I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Bath and Tidy, especially Elizabeth, to anyone looking for a kind, professional, and genuinely caring groomer.

Past two times I've brought my dog there for a groom I've had a terrible experience. In Dec I booked my dog for a groom and it normally takes 3 hours (which they said is rare but I've been taking him there for a few months already and every time it always took 3 hours) however in December when I brought him it took 5+ hours, they asked me if they could keep him for 7 hours and I said absolutely not. There excuse was that its a Christmas rush but I fail to understand how if I book an appointment months in advance and then you take walk ins over my dogs grooming appointment I think is ridiculous. However I gave them the benefit of the doubt which I obviously shouldn't have, booked another appointment for January and typically they send a reminder text of your appointment which they didn't, so on the day of I called at 7:40 to confirm his appointment at 8:30 no one answered the phones and their website said they didn't open until 9:30??? I didn't bring him because I didn't want to drive all that way for them to be closed and there was no confirmation. They ended up reaching out to me saying that their junior stylist didn't feel comfortable grooming my dog, and all their senior stylists are on vacation at the same time (like how smart). So now my goldendoodle has to go weeks without a grooming appointment because they failed to give me enough notice which means he will be uncomfortable and matted by the time I can get him somewhere else so last minute. The excuses this time was that they sent me this ""sorry we can't groom your dog" message on Dec 22 but can't prove they sent that to me and I don't have any messages from them other then Dec 13ths grooming reminder message. Staff is everywhere they don't communicate and they don't give your dog the attention he/she need. Will not ever bring my dog here again your a grooming place not a freaking doggy daycare. Get it together.

We come to see Molly and she does an amazing job with my Pomeranian. He isn't afraid to go in like he was at other shops. His haircuts are always thorough and on point, and she gets his nails really short too. I'd highly recommend Molly if you're coming to Bath & Tidy!

If there is zero star, that is what I will give the groomers at this location. It is not a good experience at this dog groomer’s place. This is the second horrible experience and we are not going back there for our dog’s grooming. My daughter took our poodle to them for grooming today, requesting to focus on his face, butt, and ear. We specifically notified them not to cut the hair on his body. We had our reason for leaving such a strong instruction. Matted or not, we left that recommendation to only address what we specified. Upon giving an appointment at 1pm today, we were never called to pick up the dog even after 4 hours of dropping off the dog despite that they scheduled that appointment for us. And upon reaching them to pick up the dog, they claimed they couldn’t groom the dog’s ear on account that he was not of the best behaviour to allow such grooming. While the ear issue is less of a concern, they deviated from my daughter’s specifications that the hair on our dog’s body must not be cut, even if matted as they always claim and which to me is not true because I always carefully comb his hair everyday. But these groomers still went ahead and cut his hair without our consent and without a prior call or notification that they wouldn’t follow our instructions. We will never go to this dog groomer again. Customers should be respected regarding their decision on their pet, especially when a clear and specific instruction has been given. Service provider must notify pet owners if they must do contrary to their wishes and there should be an agreement with pet owners if there must be a change. We pride ourselves in people who don’t just act without respecting customers’ boundaries and instructions regarding their pets. The behaviour of this pet groomer is totally unacceptable. I will not recommend them to anyone wanting to groom their pets.

Bath & Tidy was absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating and kind with my two male Rottweilers, which I really appreciated. The service was top-notch, the prices were great, and my boys came home clean, happy, and smelling fantastic. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and take pride in their work — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always such a wonderful experience with Bath and Tidy! We drop off our Sophie and pick her up looking and smelling amazing every time. Her coat is so soft, shiny, and beautifully groomed, and her paws are always perfectly done. We can’t say enough great things about the care and service they provide for our sweet girl. Highly recommend!
