When my PC started to randomly turn off, I thought that was it. 4 months after purchasing from a company called “iBuyPower”, which I now know is a joke of a company. Please don’t ever buy anything from them. Most, if not all products are faulty. We figured out the issue(s) after diagnostics and immediately began the process of repairing. The pricing was reasonable. Service was outstanding, adaptive, and prestigious. Thank you Neil for all that you have done. I am truly grateful. His work ethic, professionalism, and even knowledge that you passed down onto me. Being thankful is an understatement. All while working through my complicated catering schedule. I pity those who have not gotten to meet or work with him. You can tell he puts his heart into everything expanding even beyond the realms of this business. The experience went so well that we have formed a bond similar to a brotherhood after all the time we have spent together despite the minimal amount of time. He definitely is invited to the family barbecue’s whenever possible haha. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for his help. I never do reviews, but this one was worth the first. Most definitely. This repairman went above and beyond in helping me with my computer problem. Gave me tips, advice, and a free keyboard and 2 gb! He said whenever he was in stock with stuff, he gives it out for free to his clients and people. I was surprised by this kind gesture and it was much appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone and would def. come here again if I have any future tech problems. Thank you man! Ps. This is not a fake review if you wondering about that. I def. had my doubts but in the end it was a pleasant experience.
Neil is an my first "go to" when I have a computer issue of any type. He comes on site if necessary and helps to find me the best price for the items I have needed such as hard drive. I highly recommend Neil for your computer needs.
