We love it here! They always do a great job with my kids’ hair, making them comfortable and listening and working with them to make sure they love their cuts! I’m so thankful a friend recommended them to us. Getting haircuts is finally an enjoyable experience for them. Thank you so much for your incredible work and kindness each and every time.
I have been bringing both of my sons here for several months now. I love the haircuts they get but I love the shop more. The ladies in here are incredible. The conversation never lags, they are kind and so patient. They are also so welcoming to all walks of life. They welcome diversity, stand for what they believe and don’t allow any form of hate or bigotry which I LOVE. In a time where businesses are too scared to stand up for what’s right this business backs their policy with action! We keep going back for the cuts but stay for the atmosphere.
LOVE THIS PLACE. Ngl I def look forward to any haircut. The prices with the services and the actual experience in here? Cmon now, there is no comparing. The atmosphere here is welcoming, calm, and you walk out feeling like you need to go to target, tjmaxx, Sephora, ulta, Starbucks or whatever gets your gf feeling some type of way. Until of course they meet the barbers then they end up wanting to come with you bc they made friends with all the barbers bc of how personable they are. Let me tell you as well. My barber G is a force to be reckoned with. I all of a sudden want to change my style up? She’s got my idea and if I say nah bc my mind is indecisive she will guide me like a child (sometimes I need an adult) and talk things through with me as far as what will work and won’t work. I’m not a barber she is. This place can’t be BEAT!
This barbershop has been amazing from day one. The stylists are incredibly talented and really take their time to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. I get an undercut and every cut is clean, consistent, and done with real attention to detail. The customer service is top-notch, friendly, professional, and welcoming the moment you walk in. You never feel rushed, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. What really sets this place apart is how inclusive and respectful the environment is. Everyone is treated with care and made to feel comfortable, which honestly makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for great work and an even better experience.
We had a great first experience at Bay Barber Co. Both of my sons were seen by Melissa and Jenn, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were welcoming, patient, communicated well and really took their time to make sure each haircut was done well. The cuts turned out great, and my boys left feeling confident and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Bay Barber Co. to anyone looking for a quality barbershop with a friendly, professional team. Appreciate you Melissa and Jenn!
