Bay Beach, Dr. Williams, and the rest of the staff absolutely blew me away. I was hesitant to come here after reading some not so great reviews on Reddit, but I’m glad I did. I had a great experience as soon as I walked in the doors, the front desk associate was beyond friendly and helpful. The vet tech and Dr. Williams treated my kitty with care and respect. They were very upfront with pricing, did not try to push unnecessary test, and did explain in depth the results of the tests that were done. Words really can’t explain how great my experience was. 10/10 would recommend bringing your furry family here!
Absolutely amazing veterinary clinic! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by a kind, friendly, and very professional staff. Everyone takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything in detail, and patiently answer all questions without rushing the appointment. You can truly tell how much they care about both pets and their owners. What impressed me the most was the follow-up call the next day to check on my pet — that level of attention and compassion is rare and means so much. It gives great peace of mind knowing your pet is in such caring and knowledgeable hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care and genuine kindness.

The team at Bay Beach Vet are truly a gift to animals. The care they provide is outstanding - compassionate, efficient, and backed by real expertise. Over the years, they've helped our animals through several challenging diagnoses and have made stressful situations so much easier. Their dedication is worth every penny, and the peace of mind we get knowing our animals are in such capable (and kind!) hands is priceless. Plus, the clinic is always impeccably clean - which is so appreciated. We're so grateful for Bay Beach Vet and every team member who makes this clinic the special place that is!
Because I ended up losing my pup, I should write a one-star review. But I didn't lose my pup for lack of these amazing people trying, she was just too sick. My baby was having difficulty breathing and we went to another vet first - big mistake. I wish we had started with these folks. Her issue was so severe and unfortunately she didn't show signs until it was too late. These folks that work here made me, a complete stranger, feel so supported during this difficult time. I cannot say enough good things about them. My baby passed within 24 hours, but they let us visit and be with her as much as possible. They explained everything so that we could understand and process what was happening and they stayed in touch constantly. When our baby passed, we got to spend time with her and the staff was so lovely. If they are this conscientious and caring during times of great duress, I can only imagine how they are when times and concerns are much simpler. Today, less than a week later, I received a sympathy card with a wildflower card to remember our girl Roxie—absolutely amazing care. Thank you Bay Beach for everything.....your support is greatly appreciated.
