worst service. got there after an hour and car was still dirty on the outside after they said it was complete. inside just smells like degreaser. absolutely no care. i would expect a car wash company to know when a car is clean or not. but apparently not. cheers
The manager, Lali, came to greet me as soon as I arrived. I was unsure if I wanted a full wash, as it was going to storm that afternoon. I agreed to a full vacuum but told him my reservations about a full wash, additionally I did not have 45min-1hr to wait. I asked him if he could just wipe the dust off the outside, that would be great. He ended up washing the outside and didn't charge me for it! I'll definitely be back. They did an even more fantastic job on the inside of the car and it was done in under 45min. After more than 2 weeks since the clean it still looks and feels amazing! Thank you Lali and team!
I had a brilliantly clean car after going to Baystar! The best ever! The only negative is that it's popular, so takes a while before the car is ready. Pacific Fair is a short walk away, so you can fill in the time easily
Worst car wash ever!! So I paid $105 dollars for it to be cleaned inside and out and they have done a basic job, it looks good by eye but when you take a closer look there is still dust/dirt everywhere. I also have some damage done to my car which was not there before hand which is shown in the photos below! Absolutely not worth the money and not worth the risk of your car being damaged!!!!
