We had such a great experience at this barber shop. Sandra was absolutely amazing — patient, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She made my child feel comfortable right away and kept the whole haircut fun and stress‑free. The cut came out perfect, and you can tell she really cares about getting every detail just right. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and clearly they work great with kids. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place where your child or yourself will be treated with kindness and leave looking great, Sandra is the one to see. Highly recommend!
Update: Increased from 1 to 3 stars because the owner reached out to offer to try and fix the issue. We decided to go elsewhere on this occasion though. We took our little boy (aged 2½) here for his first cut a few weeks ago and the haircut was fantastic. The stylist was exceptional, both at keeping him occupied and distracted, and in terms of her hairdressing skills). Unfortunately we returned today and the same girl wasn't available as she had moved to Colorado, and this is what they did to him. Thankfully, it was my wife that took him, and she paid them instead of getting into a fight like I probably would have, but I wanted to make sure nobody else makes the same mistake with their child. Now I have to find another business that can fix this mess. Or at least one that doesn't have the audacity to take payment for messing up your hair. I will note that my wife advised he wasn't cooperative in the chair, but if a barbers offers childrens cuts the staff need to be good with children to manage this in my opinion.
First time in this location..Awesome place for haircuts. Moe you deserve 5 stars for your services. He able to guide you perfect hair style and the experience he had make you feel you are in right place..
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough about Michelle at Bazooka Charlie’s in Blue Mountain! She is an absolute hair artist and such a joy to spend time with. From the moment I sat in her chair, she listened closely to what I wanted, gave me great suggestions, and worked her magic with so much skill and care. My hair hasn’t looked or felt this beautiful in years—full of volume, movement, and dimension with the perfect blend of color and highlights. Michelle truly knows how to bring out the best in your hair while making you feel confident and radiant. On top of her talent, Michelle is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. If you want a stylist who combines professional expertise with a personal touch, look no further. My fiance went to this location the day before our engagement photos and they did an amazing job! I wish I could remember the stylist name who took care of him, because she was so attentive and understood that he had to look his best for photos. We will definitely be returning! *photos of both sides of his head and beard*
