My house had not been painted externally for 26 years..... Faded paint, flaking gutters, window ledges etc. Ciaran and his team left the house and garage looking like new. Excellent price and very detailed quote which I liked. Also excellent communication and updates and if I had a query, Ciaran responded immediately. They also came when they said they would come. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5 star Plus ! Absolutely delighted.
Highly recommend BD DECOR8. I needed a waste pipe painted as it was flaking badly and looked unsightly. I was let down by other companies but Ciaran got it done for me. Much appreciated and great quality of work too
Sam did an amazing job, working tirelessly and carrying out the job to absolute perfection. Trustworthy, inexpensive and likeable.
The main job was a corridor with bedroom doors. The painter did not use filler or sandpaper. An undercoat and 2 full coats was the full job. As a result the surface was not very flat and there was a noticeable run. There were many gaps and holes. He then went around with caulk. This was very uneven and a fair few gaps and holes were missed. The big problem was the glass sectioned door to the study. He did not fill the gap between glass panes and frame. This left a brown rim around the frames. He tried to correct with more paint but this just created an overrun and then sploches on the glass. I will be a week correcting this. Finally he painted the sill. As he did not sand down, the door will not close. I made this mistake on one if my first DIY jobs. I never made it again and I find it hard to believe that I paid for this sort of work. Ciaran promised repeatedly to call and view the work but never did
