I came to Dr. Colton Fincher at Be Ready PT after 20 years of achilles pain and 3 years of knee pain. I've been a runner for 20 years and the achilles pain has become such a part of my life that I notice more when there ISN'T pain than when there IS pain. My knee started hurting a few years back when running longer and longer distances training for a marathon. The knee pain, especially, really discouraged me and made me fall out of love with running. After just a few months of PT with Dr. Fincher, both my achilles and knee pain is completely gone! I'm no longer waking up and tentatively walking on my left foot anticipating the pain. I'm able to run long distances and I feel so strong... both during AND after. I'm no longer afraid of pain and love running again. Thank you so much, Dr. Fincher and Be Ready PT!

I wish I could keep coming back here just for fun! I initially booked an appointment to continue to work through some pain and fear around getting back into the gym post hip injury. Colton was awesome. He helped me work at a pace that was comfortable but also challenged me along the way. Everything we did was completely tailored to me, my body and my goals. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a PT.
I injured my shoulder from overhead lifts. I was hoping it would improve on its own, but after several months it was progressing and limiting my progress at the gym. I signed up for 8 sessions with Colton Fincher at the end of 2024, and I'm very happy I did. He was personable, knowledgeable, and targeted his treatment approach to my goals. The exercises started very non-threatening (re: pain) and slowly built until I was replicating the movements that had once been very uncomfortable. This was augmented by massage, needling / electrostimulation, and scraping. I'm now almost pain free in a matter of 2-3 months, no longer needing to modify at the gym. Thank you so much! I couldn't recommend Be Ready PT enough.
I highly recommend Be Ready PT for your recovery needs, especially if you are a competitive athlete looking to get back to your sport safely. With only a few sessions, Ross has been able to get me back to pain-free running and lifting after re-injuring my knee. I appreciate the 1-on-1 time and attention while I'm on my recovery journey!
