I just moved to the area and needed a state inspection. Dave the general manager and his team were very helpful and nice. They didn’t force any extra sale and communicated exactly what my car needed. Great experience and will be back!
BEWARE Of this place if I can give it a zero I would when I first got my car from here. I had no issues. Everything was smooth sailing. Everyone was very nice. No problems at all. I’ve only had this card for 10 months and the car has already stopped working when I took it to them. They gave me the runaround the first week. They didn’t even know that I had the car the second week they lost the keys to my car the third week. They told me It was an electrical problem then they told Me they miss diagnose the car after that they told me that once they re-diagnosed it everything was OK. They were just waiting for the warranty to send them the check. They called me again and told me that the warranty people Has to come back out and view the car again once I talk to the warranty people they told me that they’ve been told this dealership they were not fixing my car once I talk to the owner Dave he yelled at me. He’s very rude and very nasty towards women. DO NOT get your car from here.

No pressure, no upselling—just straightforward information that helped me make a confident decision before buying. Scheduling was easy and the turnaround was quick. Highly recommend Beach Auto Repair if you want peace of mind before purchasing a vehicle.
I was rear ended while at a stop. Took my Tahoe to RK Chevrolet & they made sure to fix everything that was damaged on my vehicle, in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate & super easy to communicate with!!! I will always bring my vehicle's to This RK Chevrolet body shop. 10 out of 10 best body shop in the 757. I can not express my gratitude for their above & beyond service!!!
This place deserves zero stars. My son brought his car here to get warranty work done. They took weeks to diagnose it and get the warranty paperwork done; then the car still wasn’t fixed and they said it was another problem which should be quick. My son’s car was there for over 2 months with promises of getting it fixed under warranty to be told that he would have to pay over $1000 out of pocket and that they still needed more time to get the warranty paperwork approved and order the parts. My son was moving out of town so did not have more time to wait; and in order to pick up his car that still was not working, they required him to pay over $600 out of pocket for a car still not drivable. My son ended up paying to get possession of his car and took his car to a new place in his new location, and the new place fixed the problem immediately with no out of pocket charges. Please do not go here. This place is a rip off and they will baffle everything with bs to scam young people, women and people out of their money. This is not an isolated incident as we saw another guy complaining about them having his car for weeks without any repair also. Go somewhere honest. The mechanics are nice but the owner is a crook.
