Great couples Spa day today, services excellent and all staff very polite and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Would have been 5 stars, but for a slight annoyance over the price. When I booked I was informed the price would be $635+ gratuities, yet when I came to pay it was $681+ gratuities. I'm sure this is perhaps because of a price increase in January. I'd still have booked at $681, but if you agree a price when booking that's the price you should pay. Didn't want to argue at the cash desk, but it's more a point of principle. Other constructive suggestions for improvement. When you're there all morning, would have been nice to have been offered a small snack in between treatments. A piece of fruit, cookie, mini protein bar or something similar perhaps. I know they're not a cafe, but we were ready to eat our fingers by lunchtime. Finally the relax room is a great place to wait, but as the door is open there's of course people going backward and forward. Would be so much better with a physical door or at least a curtain. To finish again with a positive, the staff are lovely, and all the services were really top notch, couldn't fault it in anyway.
The Works massage with Grace…just book it! Hands down the best massage I have ever had! She was incredibly professional, the pressure was amazing. Just all around great!
I will always come back to Beach House Day Spa, especially on my birthday! They truly know how to make someone feel special. This was my second time celebrating my birthday here—the first was right after the pandemic, and I didn’t remember much, so I decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did! I had the signature facial with Fiona, and it was heaven on earth. She listened carefully to my needs and exceeded all my expectations. The facial included a mini face, neck, shoulders, and arm massage, and Fiona was absolutely amazing. After my facial, I asked for a little snack before my massage, and they surprised me with the sweetest gesture—it truly made my heart melt. Next, I had a deep tissue massage with Tracy, who took care of all my body’s needs. She even showed me some stretches I could do at home to help between visits. The staff was wonderful, and everything was impeccably clean. Beach House Day Spa is a gem! I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a place to relax and feel truly pampered, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!
I booked this spa for a bachelorette party. My group of women spent most of the day here. We had the charcuterie and mimosa bar which was beautiful. We loved having our own space to connect between services. The staff was very friendly and consistently asked if we needed anything. I appreciated the strong communication between me and the event coordinators leading up to the party. It helped ease my mind that everything was setup perfectly. My only small complaint was that some of the girls that had mani and pedi in the early morning felt they were rushed and would have liked to enjoyed the services a little more. Overall, I would recommend this spa as it was clean, beautiful and the staff was friendly.
I had an amazing experience with my girls! We all loved how professional and nice the staff is, they took great care of us. We felt luxurious and pampered. I had a massage with Lisa and she was spot on and made me feel absolutely wonderful. I also had Shannon do my pedicure and she did a great job as well. Overall, a great experience, definitely recommend it, and we will be back.
