Beacon House was perfect for our Baby Shower! Everything from our first visit to see the venue, through booking, questions, and the event itself was an exceptional experience. The venue is warm and inviting. Feels like home rather than a sterile event space. Beacon House is 5 Stars and more!
We used Beacon House for our corporate holiday party. I received several compliments on the venue space and how well the event came together. Our event was roughly 30 people but I think we could have easily doubled that size and been fine. I've planned several corporate holiday parties and this venue was super easy to work with!!! Easy booking system, super responsive to anything I needed leading up to the event, great value, and did not need to do any clean up outside of taking anything that we brought in. Great sound system in the space as well.
Beacon House is an absolute gem for hosting events and showers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming creating the perfect setting for celebrating special moments. The aesthetic is beautiful and thoughtfully designed—every space feels intentional and photo-ready. The level of organization throughout the booking and event process was impressive and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. On top of that, the cleanliness of the venue was outstanding; everything was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend Beacon House for anyone looking for a stunning, well-run venue for showers or events like birthday parties, dinner parties, work out parties— and anything in between!
Beacon House is such a beautiful event space and so well equipped! Charming yet comfortable for a large group. Multiple areas to congregate and decorated beautifully so truly a versatile venue! Annie is an amazing venue coordinator and so knowledgeable!
I had such a great experience with the Beacon House in San Antonio! The venue itself is super versatile and so easy to decorate — it already has such a nice look that you don’t have to go overboard with decorations for it to feel special. The flow of the room was also perfect, making it really easy for guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. The booking and payment process was very smooth, and communication through email was clear and easy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe providing a phone number for guests to use in case of emergencies or last-minute questions. What really stood out to me was how accommodating the space was when it came to tables and seating. Having banquet tables, chairs, and even cocktail tables already included in the price was such a great value compared to other venues I checked out. It saved a lot of stress and extra costs. Overall, I’d highly recommend Beacon House if you’re looking for a beautiful, flexible, and easy-to-plan-with venue in San Antonio!
