The place is nice. we went there twice, whit my autistic child without paying an admission fee because she wouldn’t skate, but today when I took my kids, I was asked to pay for the admission fee for my autistic child! After a long discussion I paid the fees and was going in , but then I was prevented from taking in her special food! So I asked to be refunded and left the place. I’m going to look for another skate rink in the future that can accommodate my special needs kid.

I am submitting this complaint to formally report the unprofessional and inappropriate conduct displayed by the on-site manager during my family’s Christmas party. From the beginning of our visit, there was persistent confusion and a lack of organization, which significantly disrupted our event and was never properly resolved by management. More concerning was the manager’s demeanor and treatment toward guests. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and demonstrated a clear lack of respect toward individuals with prior law-enforcement and armed security backgrounds. The manner in which he addressed and interacted with us raised serious concerns about possible discriminatory bias. Additionally, there were no clearly posted signs at the front entrance or elsewhere indicating any penal codes or establishment policies prohibiting firearms while in uniform. The absence of proper signage, combined with the manager’s conduct, reflects a failure to uphold basic standards of professionalism, communication, and compliance. This experience was unacceptable and fell well below the expectations of a professional establishment. Due to the manager’s behavior and the overall handling of the situation, I will not be returning to this location. I am requesting that corporate leadership review this matter thoroughly and take appropriate corrective action to ensure guests are treated with respect and that policies are clearly communicated and properly enforced. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information regarding any steps taken to address these concerns.

Great skating ⛸️. My daughter and her friends enjoyed her birthday party here. Staff was 100% amazing. My only complaint is my phone was died so I couldn't record and take pictures of the wonderful space and entertainment.😃 Will definitely be coming back

Horrible customer service the person at the desk, rude unprofessional the person at the prize counter and Pro shop very rude Disrespectful. They don’t advise you of any card fees and charge your card whatever and refuse to refund money that they did not tell you they were charging the floor is poorly maintained, and there are gaps on the edge of the wall that if you are using a stabilizer for inexperienced skaters it can cause an issue because the wheel will get stuck and caused the beginner skaters to fall very unsafe. I would definitely avoid this place.

I came to Bear Creek Roller Rink with coworkers on a Sunday afternoon. It was pouring that day. Getting here was challenge because of Google Maps sent me to the middle of the street and miss the entrance. The environment was very friendly. Facility was all lit up. I had a good time.
