I had a great express brightening facial with Tonya. She was very thorough and took care of me! However, the spa was a bit underwhelming in terms of amenities - although I acknowledge that this is a temporary space while they are rebuilding from the fire. The water pressure in the shower is a joke. It's barely a trickle and every 30-45 seconds it literally DRIPS for 5-10 sections from the shower head and then goes back to a sad trickle. I'm not sure if this is caused by a toilet flush or what but it was terrible. I expected some sort of products in the shower but only found body wash. Thankfully, I brought my own. I was really looking forward to a relaxing shower after my service and getting myself ready in their locker rooms but the space is a bit cramped and lacking really anything you may need with the exception of 2 combs, mouthwash, and a hairdryer. Again, luckily I planned for it and brought my own. This wasn't a major issue but just very different than my other spa experiences in terms of amenities.
Very pleasant experience. I was gifted a professional massage for christmas (which I have never done) and was pretty nervous initially. Lisa welcomed me in, and answered any questions I had, and made the experience much more relaxing. You can tell she had done this for years, since I didn't need to say anything regarding the pressure being used, and everything felt amazing. I also enjoy talking to new people, and we had some great conversations. I plan to be back in the near future, and hope to have Lisa again.
Lindsey always takes such great care of my nails! I told her I wanted white and sparkly like fresh fallen snow and that’s exactly what I got! 10/10 highly recommend!
Dawn gave me the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had! Lindsey has such a fun personality! From the heavenly leg massage to the beautiful sparking Christmas toes so enjoyable! She even made time for a much needed manicure. Before leaving I requested a change in my earlier brow tint. Stephanie was so nice & never having a tint before my error in original positive judgement. Stephanie was busy & such a sweet lady stepped in & I was very happy with the change. So sorry I don't remember her name. From check-in to fun shopping before leaving staff was excellent. The darling young vivacious lady that checked me out is such an asset to your business & completed my wonderful afternoon. My hairdresser was so personable and such a delight. I loved my experience with Haley and will definitely be seeing her again. My new favorite hairdresser has my full loyalty!
