I don’t think I would’ve survived wedding planning or my wedding day without Beautiful Day. Jennie and Dana are the best! They answered every overly detailed question I asked, and I asked a lot of them. They made me feel seen and heard, and always responded promptly. Dana was our month of coordinator and I could not have asked for anyone better. It was so wonderful to have someone I could confidently hand everything over to and have them bring it across the finish line. Dana also ran our rehearsal and we opted for unlimited coverage for our day of, which I highly recommend! There were so many little things Dana handled morning of that I could not have anticipated. Having her there all day made a huge difference! Thank you Dana and Jennie for everything!
Jennie and her team are incredible to work with! As a videographer, I see the difference between weddings that have a strong planner and those that don't - trust me, you want someone like Jennie calling the shots on your day so you don't have to stress. Every wedding I work with Beautiful Day is a breeze and I can't recommend them highly enough!
Hiring a month-of wedding coordinator is something I had always heard was worth it—and after working with Beautiful Day Planning, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. After inquiring with BDP, I knew immediately that we wanted to book them. We chose their Month of Coordination package with the 8-hour option to save a little money, and for our wedding, it was the perfect amount of support for us. Throughout the entire planning process, Laura (our lead coordinator) and Jennie (who oversaw everything) were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Their communication was exceptional—they always responded quickly, offered clarity, and were so willing to hop on Zoom calls to discuss details. They created a detailed day-of timeline for us and continually adjusted it as the wedding got closer. During the months leading up to the wedding, I asked questions about everything from RSVP timeline to day-of logistics, and they were always willing to help and reassure me. Even during the week of the wedding—when I was messaging Laura constantly—she was patient, supportive, and quick to respond. We did a final call that week to review every detail: the timeline, placement of items for cocktail hour and the reception, and all of the details. She stayed in communication with us the entire time—even before her contracted hours on the wedding day. On the day of, Laura arrived with an assistant coordinator, and they went above and beyond. Weddings in downtown Detroit can be a logistical challenge, but thanks to Laura, everything ran as smoothly as possible. When my photographer suggested shifting the timeline at the last minute to maximize our photos and video, I reached out to Laura immediately. She handled everything—contacting each vendor, confirming the updated plan, and ensuring everyone was aligned. The way she coordinated behind the scenes saved us so much stress. I didn’t have to reach out to vendors unless I wanted to. Laura was everywhere she needed to be—managing vendor arrivals, checking setup, coordinating transportation of items from the hotel and church, and making sure we were always taken care of. She even waited with me before I walked down the aisle, which meant so much! During reception setup, I asked her to adjust a few small details (I can be particular!), and she immediately made the changes without hesitation. Every moment, she had a solution ready before I even voiced the concern. Overall, Laura ensured everything went exactly as planned. We never once felt stressed—she kept the day running beautifully and exceeded every expectation. We are SO glad we chose Beautiful Day Planning and had Laura as our coordinator (and worked with Jennie during the planning process). She made our wedding day feel seamless, supported, and truly special. Thank you Laura & team!
Keeley and the entire Beautiful Day Planning team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they made the entire wedding planning process feel effortless. What can often be a stressful experience truly felt easy and enjoyable thanks to Keeley’s calm, organized, and thoughtful approach. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and every moment ran seamlessly. On the wedding day, I was able to be fully present and stress-free because I knew Keeley had everything handled. She truly has a gift for what she does. professional, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented. Beautiful Day Planning exceeded every expectation and made our day everything we dreamed it would be. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Beautiful Day but most importantly about Keeley, our partial wedding planner! My husband and I worked with Keeley for the last two years planning our wedding and to say she was amazing would be an absolute understatement. From the moment we hired her she was incredibly attentive, kind, funny and above all a true professional. She made our day and the planning process so unbelievably seamless and we are truly grateful to her for making sure our day was perfect!
