The staff are absolute sweethearts — so welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They took their time to explain everything in detail, made sure all of my questions were answered, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic has such a calming vibe and you can truly tell they care about their clients and their results. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend! 💖✨
I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Taissa was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I had 1ml of lip filler and my lips look natural, balanced, and exactly how I envisioned. The attention to detail and gentle technique made the treatment virtually painless. I also appreciated the thorough consultation, where all my questions were answered with patience and expertise as it was my very first time. Highly recommend to anyone considering lip enhancement—you’ll be in the best hands! Also to note all staff at the front desk were very friendly, professional and polite as well. I visited Beauty Sekrets yesterday for the first time. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt beyond comfortable, cared for and welcomed. It was my first time getting lip filler and I am so happy with the results. Taissa was so kind and made the process clear so that I was comfortable and happy with my results. She made it quick and painless while still being so kind and taking the time to get to know me. I truly felt so comfortable with her and trusted her fully. Overall, I was so pleased with this beautiful salon and staff. I will definitely be back and cannot wait to return!
Taissa is absolutely the best out there. I’ve never felt so safe and in good hands. The clinic space is absolutely beautiful and my appointment was such a positive experience. I have never felt so confident in my life after my treatment and felt so comfortable. I highly highly recommend this clinic for anything and everything you need cosmetic related and if you are in Ottawa you need to go atleast once!
