What’s the point of having store hours when you guys ignore it and and lock the doors early
Don’t waste your time in this beauty supply final sale no exchange because they sell you stuff you don’t want. They have bad attitudes in there and they don’t even let you see the hair. To hear that that’s really good. It’s super expensive.
The people that work at this store or own this store is VERY Rude. Keep in mind…this is my SECOND visit because the hair I purchased the day before was labeled a #2 but was actually a #4. Even they agreeded the hair color I was rocking was a number #4. To make my style a little better I chose to return for a actual #2 in (clip ins) to blend the colors. After explaining my issue I purchased a #2 and walked outside to check the color next to my hair color and it did not match so I walked back in for a darker color 1B and these women gave me so much attitude! Talking about No Returns! No Exchanges! Please ladies! Do yourselves a favor and leave this store alone. I chose not to fuss I simply won’t be returning.
They have a decent selection of braiding hair in #280 (10% grey); #34, and #44 (20%; 40% grey), Colors that are hard to find elsewhere. The black lady behind the counter is extremely knowledgeable so it was nice to speak with someone who actually uses the products sold in the store.
I came here 15 mins early and the guy at the door refuse to let me in. Staying that they need to be gone by 8pm that’s unacceptable. I needed one item and the man who works here reused to let me in yet I see four other customers come out of the store. A business should not state their hour are until a certain time if they’re unwilling to allowing customers to enter the store until that time. Ridiculous & they will never get any more business for me. Going back to Berlins. Were it’s black owned.
