I've been growing my nails for a while and I asked them to be careful taking off the overlay. Instead of listening the gentleman ripped off the overlay verses filing it down or soaking it off. I will not be returning here ever!
I’ve been coming to this nail salon all 2025 and I really enjoy it. I ask for David and he delivers every time! Love ‘em ❤️🌸
I have enjoyed Bebes, I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I appreciate the quick service & it’s close to the freeway. They have gotten a lot better with acrylic nails over the years and they have been lasting a lot longer, I can go a good 3 solid weeks before I start experiencing any lifting. I will say, my low review is due to every time I come, they are charging different prices. My last set pictured was a fill in, not even a new set & I paid literally $100!?! The pedi I chose for $46 turned into $83. The Upcharges are unacceptable & they are making prices up in their head at the end, figuring what did you get that they can charge extra for. No good. I think I’m officially done going 💔💔💔 I can’t justify the rapid and unpredictable price changes. It’s good if you have the courage to be strict with them regarding price, but my nail Salon experience is supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing so I’m not doing all that.
Very relaxing place for some mindful self- care and pampering away from busy and sometimes noisy city life here in Detroit. Great vibe and energy from the moment I walked through the door. I have traveled the world and this is my favorite place! I highly recommend for locals and those visiting for the first time or even snow birds, also!
Everything was going great until I asked for a specific name on my nails. She told me she could do it then got to the end then told me she’s not gonna do it so I asked again and then she tell me it’s not enough room. I was about to get my eyebrows done after that, but since I am paying and a person is telling me what they’re not gonna do for me I just didn’t feel comfortable getting that service done next after I’ve already been in the shop for two hours. My daughter got her nails and toes done as well. When I got to the counter, my total came up to $216. It was my birthday so she said she will give me a 10 percent discount. The discount came out to 21 dollars. On the screen, it told me I will be paying 194 and on my receipt but the machine charged me $200. It is a piece of paper next to the card reader that says credit cards credit cards only will be charged 3% extra. I used a debit card. I asked the lady why is the price different and she told me because I use a debit card and I told her that the paper says credit cards then she goes to tell me that credit and debit are the same thing we both know it’s not. I already knew I was probably coming out of $300 but once you play with people then tell them what you’re not gonna do when they’re paying for it. You’re losing service you’re losing your tip and this is why the shop is completely empty on a Saturday. I’ve had French tip nails with names added to them plenty of time specifically this one name (Marv) that I wanted on there four letters would’ve just killed her. Why couldn’t you just say you couldn’t do a name on a nail anybody else could’ve offered in the shop but telling somebody you know is crazy freaking work. The French tip is very sloppy on my nails on top of all of that asked for medium coffin and I definitely got small coffin nails.
