Came to my first brazillian with Laura on the urging of my sister, never had this service before... immediately felt comfortable with B the receptionist she was great. Everyone was very welcoming and put me at ease. Wish I lived in VA would definitely be back but now I know where to come if I need this service again... thank you for toe professionalism and she did a great job very knowledgeable
Jennah is the BEST brow artist ever!! Nobody is ever able to make my brows look like she does. Plus she is just so sweet. Truly a brow magician!
This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was extremely nervous walking in. As soon as I stepped through the door, the staff immediately made me feel comfortable. Jenna was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process step-by-step and made decisions based on what was best for me. The environment was warm and welcoming, and the conversation made the experience even better. Jenna constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable, and her professionalism truly stood out. I left feeling pleased, confident, and grateful for such a positive first experience. I will most definitely be returning. This was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them. Highly recommended!
In this economy, under THIS administration, our money is NOT to be played with. While I’m all about supporting black-owned businesses, I don’t support ridiculous charges when I request to reschedule a wax appointment on the first day of my period! Absolutely NOT BEE Bare! I was apologetic and respectful! What if I was in an accident? Car break down? A death in my family? You would penalized me for not being able to show up? BS!! My debit card was charged $65 not because I was a no-show or a no-call, but because I requested to reschedule my wax. Considering this is a company owned by a woman, I would have hoped the owner would understand that when a client gets their period, let’s not penalize them for rescheduling. I would understand if I was charged 10%, 15% but 100% of the price without the wax service? Bee Bare, no way!!! That's theft!! I called my bank, and they were on my side. I got my money back and I got a wax at Town center yesterday. It was worth the wait. Ladies, God forbid you should get your period on the day of a Brazilian and you’re charged for the full service by BEE BARE, just call your bank, contact Better Business Bureau, and take your business somewhere else like European Wax Center, a much better experience by the way!!! There's a location in VA Beach, Chesapeake, and one is about to open in Ghent. I did my homework after the above incident. Ladies, keep your eye on your money and call your bank if a charge doesn't sit right with you. If a company policy feels fishy to you, it’s because it is.
I had a great experience at Bee Bare! Before my appointment, I was sent clear instructions on how to find the business. Everything was timely, the receptionist was kind, and I left with great brows! Jennah’s been doing my brows for about 5 years now and she’s amazing! I have sensitive skin and occasional brow shedding, but she always makes my brows look great. I used to be afraid to switch from threading to wax, but I trust Jennah to choose what’s best based on my skin that day. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!
