Excellent customer service. I walked in without an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and experience of Elizabeth Knowlton and Alex. Elizabeth was able to find the appropriate DME for us and to explain very well how to use it.Deserved 6 stars but I can only give her 5.
This outfit gives incredible customer service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. From the kind salesman on the phone to the delivery person, it was an excellent experience. BRAVO
We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Scott V. at the Bee Cave HME location for the outstanding personal customer service he provided. Scott is truly a kind and caring person who went above and beyond to assist us. My husband, who is disabled, was in urgent need of a new wheelchair. When we learned it would take a couple of weeks to arrive, Nick from the Kerring Group graciously arranged for a loaner chair to be provided through the Bee Cave location—where Scott took excellent care of us from start to finish. We truly appreciate Scott’s compassion and professionalism, and we highly recommend Bee Cave HME for anyone in need of mobility support and quality service. Thank you again, Scott, for your kindness and help!
Elizabeth Knowlton is the best! So helpful. She made sure I got just what I needed for my mom’s lift chair. The golden. I credited her totally with the sale. I never would’ve gotten this if I had not walked in the store and interacted with her. She is amazing. Whatever y’all are paying her at the company it’s not enough! :-)
I was in a panic trying to either get a new power chair for my disabled son or get the one we have repaired. Josh went above and beyond in helping me untangle the web of dealing with Medicare. But, when it was determined my son is not eligible for a new chair at this time, Josh asked me what the problem was with the chair we have. After describing the situation, Josh walked me step-by-step how to re-engage the drive on the chair. I've spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to help resolve the problem to no avail. That is, until I was lucky enough to get Josh on the phone. His professionalism and caring were beyond compare and a life saver for this 76-year old mother. The burden he lifted from my shoulders by just taking the time to talk it out and walk me through it is indescribable. I highly recommend this business!
