I'm trying really hard to give this company a break, but they're making it pretty difficult. I bought a couch set for my son's first apartment, and the experience has not been great. We were told to consider this couch set because of the significant discount, but now I'm wondering if they just wanted to get rid of it because the couch is defective. The first delivery was a mess in terms of communication and scheduling, and the plugs didn't work. We were told we would receive a new set in two weeks, but it took a month. After two weeks, we called and found out that no order had been placed. Given our experience, you would think they would try harder to make things right. Then, we received a surprise delivery yesterday after being told a call would be made. One of the delivery guys was the same as last time. He was very short, not talkative, didn't test the couch, and only switched out the ends with the plugs. This was very different from the first delivery. You could tell he was annoyed. Why wouldn't they test the couch before delivering it? They should deliver a working couch after testing it at the store. I hate that this is my son's first experience. I guess this is what customer service looks like these days.

I originally ordered a bedroom set from Bells, but the first delivery was the wrong bed size. After calling and providing pictures, they sent a replacement—scheduled two weeks later. When the replacement finally arrived, it was damaged. I called again, sent more pictures, and was told a manager would call me back within four hours. I never received that call. Frustrated, I went to the store and ended up having to settle for a completely different bedroom set because they no longer had the one I originally ordered. Now, I have to wait another week for delivery and take another day off work to be home during their estimated four-hour delivery window. Overall, the experience has been disappointing due to poor communication, damaged products, and extended delays. I hope Bells can improve their customer service and delivery process.
