Bri and her team are absolutely AMAZING and true experts at what they do! From the very beginning of the planning process, I told Bri that all I wanted was for our wedding to be beautiful and fun and she delivered that and then some. She and her team handled everything so seamlessly, from logistics to design, and the day turned out more stunning and more fun than I could have ever imagined. Every detail was perfect, and the entire day felt effortless because of them. If you want a planner who will absolutely nail the vibe, keep things stress-free, Bri is your girl. I cannot recommend Bela Lumiere Events enough!!

Booking Brianna and the Bela Lumiere team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. With a 3.5-4 month engagement and nearly 200 person wedding, we had a lot of work to do. Brianna helped keep us organized, on schedule, and calm. While I was focused on some big picture items, she was double checking with vendors, making sure the right music was set to play at the right time, thinking of the million little details that I would have missed and the day would have suffered from. I felt complete ease and peace the day of my wedding knowing the BL team had us. From steaming dresses and ties, to coat check, to vendor coordination, to decorating, to checking in on everyone and making sure we were okay; there was just no limit to what her team did for us. BL solved every small issue before it could turn into a larger one and they did it all with the calm and professionalism of people who have been doing this for decades. They worked as a well oiled machine. From taking the time to understand our vision and desires for our wedding to making sure the day itself went off without bride or groom ever even knowing there were hiccups, BL is a team I would hire again and again. Absolutely so grateful for them and how easy, carefree, and fun the day was knowing they were there.

The Bela Lumiere team truly made my wedding day an absolute dream. I had no idea where to start in the planning process, and I constantly get stuck in making decisions wondering which choice is “the right one”. My fiance was the one who suggested we hire a planner to help us. We called a few planners telling them our dream wedding- an intimate restaurant wedding at our favorite restaurant for 75 people. Of the two planners we talked to, Brianna was the one who was totally open to this idea even though it was her first restaurant wedding. Over the course of 14 months, Brianna, Rachel and Edee worked with us, first by asking us questions on our wants and budget, curating a design layout and helping make those dreams come to life. Their established connections with vendors across Alabama ensured that we had an easy process in finding and booking vendors. Brianna’s invaluable expertise detected holes in plans and worked quickly to resolve them. Shed team utilizes amazing software to help track tasks, searing arrangements, RSVPs and budget. Her transparency was much needed when having conversations about budget and priorities. On the day of the wedding, I was completely at ease and able to enjoy my day knowing that the day was planned flawlessly by Brianna. She made sure to check in on us, ensure that everyone was on time and resolved issues before we even knew issues existed. They also captured beautiful intimate moments throughout the day through their content creation package that my husband and I will cherish forever. In addition to Brianna and her team’s achievements, there is one aspect of this team that makes them truly one of a kind. Their warmth, kindness and encouragement made me feel confident, safe and relaxed throughout the planning process. This team is willing to take on new challenges and try new things with the goal of supporting the brides vision and supporting the bride along the way. To summarize this in just a few words, Brianna and her team’s skills are worth every penny, but their kindness puts them in a league of their own. I truly cannot recommend Bri & the Bela Lumiere Team enough! They went above and beyond in every way and were so beyond patient with all my questions, emails, and last minute changes. They absolutely brought my design vision to life! I felt so at peace on my wedding day, knowing absolutely everything was handled. Best day of my life, 100% thanks to BLE🤍 Oh and they also happen to make super cool social media content :)
